Frequently asked questions
My claim was denied. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. A denial is the carrier’s position, not the final word. Florida law sets notice requirements and deadlines, so contact us promptly.
The insurer wants a sworn statement. What do I do?
An examination under oath is sworn testimony that can shape the rest of your claim. Talk to a lawyer before you attend.
I already have a public adjuster. Do I need a lawyer?
Many clients come to us through their adjuster. When a claim needs pre-suit notices or litigation, an attorney handles that part while the adjuster’s estimate supports the claim.
What does it cost?
The claim review is free. If we take your case, we work on a contingency fee: we are paid only if you recover. You do not owe us anything unless you win.
Do you handle claims outside South Florida?
Yes. We represent property owners throughout Florida.
